At Ryde, we're passionate about ensuring everyone loves our products as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes things might not work out, whether it's a fit issue or a change of mind—you're only human, and so are we. If you encounter any problems with your order, please reach out to us at hello@ryde.store, and we will do our utmost to resolve it.
As a small business, we kindly request that customers contribute £3.99 towards the shipping costs for returns and restocking fees. Our policy allows for a 30-day exchange or refund, provided that the items are returned in the same condition they were received.
A few things to mention
- Please note that the slide clasp carabiner attached to the Ryde Robe 2.0 is designed for lightweight items such as dog leads and flip flops. Ryde cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by hanging excessively heavy objects on this feature, as it may exceed the carabiner’s intended capacity.

• Expected Dispatch Dates: We aim to provide accurate estimates of when preorders will be dispatched, based on the latest production schedules. We will keep you informed of any changes to the expected delivery timeline.
• Priority Dispatch: Preorder items are prioritised for dispatch as soon as stock becomes available. This means your order is among the first to be sent out once it’s ready.
