Refund policy
We want everyone to love Ryde as much as we do - but sometimes stuff can go wrong, doesn't fit or you change your mind. You're only human and so are we. If there's a problem with you order, get in touch at hello@ryde.store and we'll do our best to fix things.
What's the term, something like rule of thumb? Our thumb thingy is 30 day free exchange or refund, as long as everything is in the same condition as it was posted in.
We've been around the block enough to know the old trick of wearing things a few times, then deciding camping isn't for you and sending it back. The bits of twig in the pocket usually gives it away.
