Shipping policy

We offer free delivery to the UK for all orders over £60. 

As standard we use Royal Mail 24/48 hour tracked shipping services, giving you peace of mind and quality service. 

Please be aware that orders shipping to the EU and Ireland may take longer than usual due to additional processes now in place. 

The cut off for UK Next Working Day delivery is 2 pm. Any orders placed after this deadline will be despatched the next working day (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays). The UK Next Working Day service is not available for Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands and Islands. For further information please contact us on hello@ryde.store. 

International Orders

 Some deliveries outside of the UK and EU will incur import taxes and/or customs duties. Unfortunately this is out of our control and you will be required to settle these yourself. 

Packing Slips

We do not include packing slips in your order for environmental purposes. If you have a query about your order, you simply need to quote your email address or order number and we can do all the hard work 💪
