Delivery

Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

Yes, just drop us an email within an hour of ordering and we will work with you on any amends. I

When will I receive my delivery?

This depends on where you're based, and when you placed your order. For full delivery information please see our designated Delivery & Return page.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free UK delivery as standard on all orders over £45, which is a typical delivery time of 3-5 working days. For orders over £45 shipping is free, with the same time scales as above. International shipments costs vary.

I don't have an order slip in my bag, how do I return an item?

We've tried to reduce our environmental impact by leaving out packing slips and having the process all online. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and list of items. If you need to return something, please email us at hello@ryde.store and let us know the email address you checked out with and/or your order number. We will take it from here! It's an easy process, promise.

Sustainability

What do you mean by durable design?

All of our products come with a care label, where you'll find washing instructions specific to that product. Following these will ensure the longevity of your clothes, we're keen to encourage as much wear as possible. As a general rule, wash on a low heat and air-dry.

Products

Why can't I see a product anymore?

We like to keep our stock up to date, and when one of our products is out of stock we'll remove it from the website to avoid any disappointment on checkout. If/when products become available again, we'll be sure to add them back as quickly as we can.

Can I get a bulk order discount?

Yes, we are used to working with corporate accounts or organisations. Please drop us a message at hello@ryde.store with details of your order and we'll be in touch.

Covid-19

We're taking every possible measure and more to look after our staff, customers and community. Our depot is running with increased safety and hygiene precautions for packaging. The warehouse is run by a small team on rotation so we're still shipping orders safely.
